Music is a great tool to use when training. Not only does it make time go faster, certain songs can help inspire and fuel the fire to help push yourself to that next level of training. When a good song comes on, you get excited, you start to feel the beat, and that little voice that begs you to stop doesn't seem as loud anymore. Listening to a good song can really make the difference between a good and a great workout. Here at Story38 Alliance, we're building a playlist via Spotify for all of our followers to listen to and have a great workout.
