Returns & Exchanges

We stand by our products.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Story38 Alliance purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 100 days of purchase. The item must be unused and accompanied with its original packaging.

Story38 Alliance will exchange or refund items that have manufacturing defects at any time.

This policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

How to return or exchange an item:

Please ship your item with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Story38 Alliance is not responsible for packages lost in transit without tracking information.

Packages must be postmarked within 100 days of purchase.

Please include the following with the item you’re returning:

• A copy of your proof of purchase
• A completed Returns & Exchanges Form
